Our Founding Principles

(1) We only buy properties which we, the FISHER.Advocate team, would invest in ourselves. If we could buy every property we send your way, we would.

(2) Whether you are buying one property with us or many, we purchase every property as if we are setting you up for bigger things. We are helping you build your dream portfolio.

(3) We DO NOT receive kickbacks for any professional referrals. We only send you to the best in the business to create genuine value for our clients. If your portfolio requires an asset type which lies beyond our expertise, we will refer you to one of our leading competitors. When you grow, we grow.

(4) Almost any property in Australia could make a strong investment proposition given the right price and conditions. We do not discard properties due to personal biases, outside opinion or any consideration not backed by tangible data.

(5) We do not invest due to government incentives, programs or tax outcomes. These should never be relied upon and often change on a dime for political purposes.

(6) We are contrarian investors. We take a counter-cyclical approach to investing, given we purchase in areas which are intrinsically undervalued compared to their nationwide counterparts.

(7) We charge an extremely low onboarding fee compared to most of our competitors. This incentivises us to get to work with the sole intention of finding you the best property possible.

(8) Different strokes for different folks. We believe the type of properties you should be buying is dependant on your situation and the point you are at along your property investing journey. No two stories are equal.
